Fishing nets

Industrial fishing net manufacturer in Turkey. High-tenacity solutions for fishing, aquaculture, and sports with ISO 9001:2015 certification. Purse seine, trawl and gillnet designs for deep-sea loads, plus the aquaculture, sports, construction and agriculture lines. This is where the factory started and where its volume still is.

Industrial Fishing

Purse Seine & Trawl

Nets designed to withstand the massive loads of deep-sea fishing. Tight knots and minimal hydrodynamic resistance.

Manufacturing Technology

Excellence in Every Knot

We master the three fundamental industrial weaving technologies to offer the exact solution your operation requires.

Knotted Nets - Heavy Thread Loom
Heavy Industrial Fishing

Knotted Nets

The backbone of industrial fishing. Tunanets’ double-knot machines guarantee absolute dimensional stability under extreme loads.

Anti-Slip Security
The double knot prevents mesh movement under tension.
High Tenacity
Manufactured with top-quality Nylon 6 and HDPE.
Monofilament net loom
Gillnetting

Monofilament Nets

Polyamide Monofilament Specialization. High-strength nets in original light blue color, does not accept custom dyeing. Custom manufacturing with depth per specification and lengths up to 100 or 200 meters.

Low Visibility
Virtually undetectable underwater.
Thermal Double Knot
Ensures the mesh doesn't run even with slippery fibers.

The Science behind the Perfect Knot

We don't just sell nets; we supply operational security. Every square meter is subjected to rigorous tension, abrasion, and photodegradation tests.

Extreme Tenacity

Latest-generation polymers that exceed conventional break standards.

Dimensional Stability

Precision heat-setting to maintain the exact mesh geometry under tension.

UV+Salinity Shield

UV Protection and resistance to saline environments.

Production Process

From Fiber to Finished Net

Full control of the production cycle ensures absolute traceability and specification compliance in every meter of net manufactured.

  1. STEP 1

    Polymer Selection

Premium-grade Nylon 6 and HDPE with origin certificates.

  2. STEP 2

    Spinning

High-temperature extrusion to obtain 110D or 210D filaments.

  3. STEP 3

    Twisting and Cabling

Joining multiple filaments according to required final thickness.

  4. STEP 4

    Knotting

22 custom Japanese Amita machines with single and double knotting high-precision capabilities.

  5. STEP 5

    Final Inspection

Visual inspection + destructive tests in certified laboratory.

Frequently asked questions

About Fishing nets

Can monofilament nets be dyed in other colors?

No, polyamide monofilament nets are light blue in color and cannot be dyed in other colors due to material properties. However, Nylon 6 and HDPE knotted nets are available in a wide range of colors depending on thickness.

What's the difference between knotted and monofilament nets?

Knotted nets (double knot) offer maximum tensile strength and are ideal for heavy industrial fishing. Monofilament nets are virtually invisible underwater, softer to the touch, and perfect for gillnet fishing where discretion is critical. The choice depends on the specific application.
