Customs clearance is done by a customs representative (your forwarder or customs agent). We coordinate with them and prepare the manufacturer’s documentation.

We coordinate transport, about a week by road, and clearance with your customs representative.

How long does an order from Türkiye take?
Road transport takes about a week. The total lead time depends mainly on production; a typical order arrives in 3-4 weeks, and each quotation states its own.
What taxes do the goods pay?
Industrial goods with an A.TR pay no customs duty, but import VAT applies. Depending on the product there may be anti-dumping or safeguard measures: this is checked in TARIC with its tariff code before the quotation is closed.
