Tunanets nets are manufactured with three main materials: Multifilament Polyamide (Nylon 6) in 110D and 210D denier bases for maximum strength, Monofilament Polyamide in diameters from 0.14 to 0.28mm for applications requiring invisibility, and High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) of 380 denier for economical and durable uses.
We offer customizable nets up to 200 meters in length with adjustable depth according to customer needs. Mesh dimensions range from 10mm to 300mm, and thread thickness ranges from 0.14mm to 3.0mm depending on material and application.
Total time is 3-4 weeks: 2-3 weeks of manufacturing at our Yozgat facilities plus 5-7 days of land transit. We make weekly shipments to Europe, significantly faster than the 60-90 days from China.
All our nets comply with ISO 9001:2015 certification and European Union regulations. Our manufacturing process is regularly audited and we guarantee full compliance with European quality and safety standards.
No, polyamide monofilament nets are light blue in color and cannot be dyed in other colors due to material properties. However, Nylon 6 and HDPE knotted nets are available in a wide range of colors depending on thickness.
Knotted nets (double knot) offer maximum tensile strength and are ideal for heavy industrial fishing. Monofilament nets are virtually invisible underwater, softer to the touch, and perfect for gillnet fishing where discretion is critical. The choice depends on the specific application.
