HVI tent
The frame consists of seamless EPDM and polyester inflatable tube ribs, inflated by a compressor to between 4 and 8 bar, with a ridge beam and aluminium braces between the ribs. At that pressure it behaves like a rigid structure: checking the pressure once a week is enough. There are 19 models, from 8 to 60 m², in two versions: with arches every 2 m, designed for accommodation, and a reduced-beam (VR) version with arches every 2.5 m, lighter and easier to transport. Tents connect to one another to form dormitories, ablutions, stores or hospitals and accept a thermal liner, air conditioning and CBRN protection and filtration.
